To make a chalet reservation :
1. Please insert the dates you would like to stay in the button on the left. When done, you will be able to print out a booking voucher which is valid only after completing step 2 and 3.
2. Upon completing step 1, you will be contacted within a few hours to proceed with the reservation. Within this email, we will ask for a deposit to be sent to us via Paypal.
3. Once we receive the payment in Paypal, we will send a confirmation email to you again.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled or amended 14 days before arrival. If cancelled or amended within the 14 day period, Long Beach Chalet reserves the right to to keep this deposit.
Transportation Services:
Long Beach Chalet organizes free pick up from Saladan Pier. To book it, please inform us 1-2 days prior to your arrival.
For airport transfers, we can arrange both public and private pick-ups. Please email us with your requirement so we can arrange accordingly.
